Submission Guidelines

1. Language

English is the official language of the conference; all papers should be written and presented in English only.


2. Submission Types

Full Paper (Presentation & Publication)
Authors are encouraged to submit full papers if they wish to have their work published. Each paper should have a minimum of 8 pages (one column) and a maximum of 15 pages.

Abstract Only (Oral Presentation)
Authors who only wish to present their research without publication can submit an abstract.


3. Review Process

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers. Accepted papers will be notified via email and may require revisions before final acceptance.


4. Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results. They must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Ethical conduct is mandatory. Any act of plagiarism will not be tolerated. In case of plagiarism, the following sanctions may be applied:

  1. Reject or remove the article from final publications.
  2. Report the violation to the author(s) supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
  3. Inform the relevant academic ethics office and funding agencies.
  4. Reserve the right to publish details of the misconduct including the author(s) name(s) and affiliated institution(s).


5. Required Elements in Submission

Each submission should include the following:

  • Title of the paper
  • Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
  • Abstract (150-250 words)
  • Keywords (3-5)
  • Main text with introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion
  • References in proper citation format


6. Paper Format

Please follow the conference template when preparing your papers.

One registration covers 15 pages including tables, figures, and references. Additional pages (over 15) will incur extra charges.
